We exclusively use 3-Dimensional software for the initial design of the piece, any alterations with existing CAD designs, drafts and renderings for our clients. Our pricing is always competitive.

Milling is performed using the a Multiple Axis Milling System on industry standard wax with a .004" 10 degree cutter. A liquid coolant is used with this system to produce a smooth clean surface right from the mill that will yield excellent casting results. Parts will be delivered cleaned with support geometry attached. Our milling services include:

Large rings whose head exceeds 15mm or pieces greater than 35mm and any additional milling operations may incur additional charges.

Low Temperature Vulcanization molds use Castaldo which is more pliable, natural rubber- used for difficult patterns, that might break in a stiffer mold. RTV molds require no heat to cure and can make molds of wax models. We then skillfully cut your mold and make it ready for wax injection. Our molding services include:
